This also has the late war skeleton type Y strap hooks. This is a very nice clean, unissued example. These are becoming very difficult to find in this condition. Great addition to any collection. This is a collector piece, please do not use this one.

My 70lb dog LOVES this turtle toy, was worth the price. He will play and play until he’s exhausted. We have to give him breaks from it. We use the second setting which is just for movement, no music. The only aspect I don’t like is that he will inadvertently press the button when he’s biting the toy, changing the setting and sometimes has turned it off. The velcro is super strong, which is good but makes it difficult to open. Battery life is decent, lasted a few days with him playing with it an hour or so each evening. I like the auto shut off after 30 minutes of no movement.
