Explains in detail about sources and some disclaimers on how not to do things wrong. Great read. Real full length book. The print on some pages was not the highest quality. Looked like the printer was low on ink. The information was readable however. If you want to learn more about Wilhelm Reich and his tragic story it is a great read with practical solutions for your health. There is no over claim of fixing everything overnight and I look forward to testing a lot of his great ideas.
