The Taper lock Bush fits into the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screws are tightened the Taper lock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing the Pulley Sprocket. To remove the bush, you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the bush out.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because sizing is WAY off. I originally ordered the 7/8 for my 5 year old but it was about a size too small.
