The Castiglioni brothers often created designs that challenged our perspective, and the Taccia, which gives the illusion of an upside down hanging lamp, is an inspired example of that. Designed by the famed duo in 1962, the iconic Taccia has a concave spun aluminum reflector with a matte white finish. Its light can be manually adjusted by positioning the hand blown, unique glass diffuser, made in Murano, Italy, as necessary.

These boxes are well made and elegant. I like the magnetic closure and the rear-filled design. The only thing is that you'll want to use some tissue dispenser springs underneath once the tissue is half gone so that the popup feed continues working. Putting springs in when fully loaded cannot be done because pulling out a tissue will rip them.
