The 185 dressweight linen is our go to linen for all dress making and is what we use for many of our samples. It is a great match for all of our patterns, dresses, tops and loose fitting trousers. This linen also works well for lighter curtains for a casual less refined look. It is produced in small batches in Eastern Europe where there is a strong heritage of spinning and weaving linen

I bought the suit for prom for my son. It was last minute. It was better than expected! Nice looking! He looked great! The pants were big on him but he has a slim build. There is elastic in the waist. I added a couple of buttons to pull the elastic band to shrink the waist. It was perfect! The length didn’t need any hemming. Jacket was a great fit. I ordered a Small.
