Pretty safe, all I've lost is coins when it's upside down when I have too many so thats a good sign! It did have a 'new leather' smell when I got it, but it has gone away after a while, and it looks great! The leather feels and looks high quality! I didn't even know there were magnets, so I cant review them, woops.
