I take probiotics for my gut health and feminine balance. These probiotics have a broad-spectrum of strains that benefit both areas, primarily the gut. The dose is a single, smooth capsule a day, but the capsule is large for a probiotic. Still, it's easy to swallow, has no taste and has a pleasant, light scent due to the pineapple.
