The neck is a medium and the rest is maybe XL....it feels "fitted" too...not very loose. I will keep it as I like a snug neck---but this needs effort to pull over my head. Having said that, the material is soft and not too thick. Just beware of sizes.

I reordered a 2XL and it also runs very small. It fit about the same as the XL did. It is a athletic fit. There is barely any size difference between an XL and a 2XL. Highly recommend to not waste your money on this shirt.
