I didn’t buy this for a laptop at all—I specifically purchased it to mount my docking station and charger under my desk, and it works perfectly for that. Fantastic for my desk. I ended up using this to mount a Topping DAC under my desk and I used the side cubby to put my Google Nest Mini and Broadlink RF device. Got all that off my desk and everything tucked away just perfect. I haven't used the headphone mount yet, but I plan to use that to, low and behold, hang headphones!
