We contacted the vendor and they responded, "We want to assure you that all our parts undergo rigorous inspection and careful packaging before shipment. If you could kindly check the box again for any missing parts, it would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards Yaheetech Customer Service Team" Really, like we didn't checked the box? Responded back to the vendor that we tore the box apart, no bolt. They have gone silent. Update, vendor has offered a partially refund, guess I'll head to Home Depot and look for a replacement bolt. What a pain. Went from 1 to 3 stars for at least contacting us.
