This did come out of a Soviet movie studio; there is a film studio stamp inside (which has bleed through very lightly, see photos). I do believe the SS tag is 100% real, I normally question something like this intensely and this one is very washed out and clearly was sewn in with the same thread that made the tunic. This is a fairly standard two pocket drillich tunic design with removable buttons

These are fabulous! The weight to them is perfect for tearing off a towel and not tipping. And the color/style works perfectly with our decor.
