White Wine Pinela Sveti Martin Vipava, Slovenia Vinification: Hand harvested in September. Short maceration of a few hours, followed by fermentation on fine lees in stainless steel containers. The wine is then matured for 4 months in oak barrels to enhance its texture and aromatic complexity.
