The leaf springs bolt right into the factory location. This leaf pack was developed to add 3" of lift compared to the factory leaf springs or they can be used without the factory block to provide 1" of lift. I used this as a junction point on a 1 gauge wire. I added an 8 gauge wire to one side, and the cover would not seat. I had to bend and maneuver the ring terminals to make the cover catch. For the price of the items, if used without any secondary wires attached and interior use only, this is an unbeatable deal.
