These heel socks do work, but you need to be consistent and patient. The socks are soft with a gel lining on the inside that basically traps your body heat and moisture—kind of like a mini spa for your feet. My heels felt noticeably softer after just one hour of wearing them. That said, I don’t love sleeping with socks on, so it took me two nights to get used to them.
