UK size P USA size 7 1 2 Natural Diamonds. Ruby and Sapphires are untested for origin. Nice clean condition. All stones secure. The interchangeable bands slot in but are held in place when worn on the finger, when placed into the diamond band off hand there is a slight spring and not a snap into position. Stamped 585 on all bands. Free
