This Hautes Ctes de Beaune comes from two clay limestone parcels: a younger plot in Meloisey (La Li) and a forty year old vineyard in Baubigny (Sous le Chteau). Fermented and aged in 456 litre barrels for ten months, followed by two months in vat, the wine shows
