Agnes Paquet Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc 2022Agnes Paquet took over three hectares of family vines in Auxey Duresses in 1999, releasing her first vintage in 2001 and quickly establishing a reputation for refined, expressive Burgundy. This Hautes Ctes de Beaune comes from two clay limestone parcels: a younger plot in Meloisey (La Li) and a forty year old vineyard in Baubigny (Sous le Chteau). Fermented and aged in 456 litre barrels for ten months, followed by two months in vat, the wine shows
