True to size. Very true 6.5 in most all of my shoes. I thought the fit was great but after wearing for a little bit they are horrible. The glitter goes down a little too far on the back and rubs the heel. The sides of your toes will hurt after a little bit of wearing them. Super cute shoes and I toughed it out because they looked great but definitely not the most comfortable shoes.
