Co. of New York, New York. The main flap is marked presumably with the original owner's hometown, state and last four digits of their Army Service Number, "OKMULGEE, OKLAHOMA" and "9574",

This brand makes some decent stuff. This is a nice thinner hoodie with some stretchy materials and a cool splatter design. Comfy and easy to move in/ use for active occasions or just for chillin. Very versatile. Color doesn’t fade or hasn’t yet for me and I like the contrasting drawstrings. Size is right on; I ordered a size up and there’s plenty of room for layering. However if you put anything heavy in the front pocket, like a wallet, the material will give way and sag.
