Where repairs were needed iron strips were used adding even more character to the piece. The console has two iron bars underneath, when folded it is only a few centimetres thick and easy to store. I heard the author on NPR and it was such a fascinating discussion that I bought the book immediately. I live with a teen in the LGBTQ+ community, and I'm trying to learn as much as I can to support them, and others. I can't wait to let them read it now that I'm finished.
