All fabrics are dyed using Zweigart base fabric and fibre reactive dyes and the edges of the fabric are serged to prevent fraying. Cut sizes are measured before dyeing and some fabrics do shrink up during the dye process. Get the INSURANCE!!!!
My chair broke. Almost at the one year mark… I’m so glad I got the insurance! I put in my claim (it was easy) and it was resolved within 72 hours. Sometimes I decline the insurance because it turns out to be more hassle than it’s worth but Asurion came through!
