So maybe if you have a little dog, or a timid dog, this could be good. However, my 7 month golden just grabs it and carries it with her head shaking and then wants to chew it. So while it’s kinda funny, and she does love it, I just have to walk around trying to keep her from chewing it up. It is as advertised and seems pretty sturdy. It is soft enough to gently throw but is very easily retrieved and then the shaking and chasing continues. Not what I expected.

This toy has been one of my dog’s absolute favorites. He gets excited every time he sees it and will carry it around the house, toss it in the air, and keep himself entertained for a long time.
