I am not a doctor, but I can attest that Qunol Brain Health Focus Plus is working for me. I must confess that I am no spring chicken and was experiencing memory problems that go along with aging. Of all the supplements I've tried, this was the biggest waste of money. I just finished the bottle and honestly can say I gave it a good shot, but really it is as useless for memory as a multivitamin would be. Furthermore so expensive and each dose is 2 hard white pills. This kind of product is always hard to rate, Does it work, or doesn't it. Am I aware of having it onboard, or is it my hopeful imagination? Who knows? But for both of us, I feel as though I am more aware in general but most important to me is that I have more energy to accomplish things. Does a more active brain lead to more physical stamina? I don't know, but I do know what I feel and it is great for both us 70++ year olds.
