I am 6’4” weigh @ 230 lbs and ordered a 2XL. My dress shirt neck size is 17 inches. If you’re happy with a very loose fitting around your neck, then you’ll be ok with this mock turtleneck shirt. These are a great mix. Lightweight and breathable, but still a little more dressy than a t shirt. Look good with out the jacket as well. Great for church or nice night out.
