This pet toy sure looks nice but it’s not made to hold up to any type of play. We have 5 lb puppy and she pulled the rope out of the body in two days. We returned it and got a replacement. That one lasted three days before the fuzzy surface was shedding all over our carpet and she was ingesting the material. If it can’t hold up to a 5 lb puppy, I can’t imagine what a larger dog would do to it.

A hound's dream toy.

I bought this for our "grandson"--a happy go lucky beagle--to play with while we were dogsitting. It took a while to motivate him to play with it, but eventually he caved... and then promptly proceeded to tear its insides out! Besides the inner stuffing, the toy has a fuzzy surface to it, and you don't want him chewing a bunch of fuzz if he tears some out, as dogs are apt to do. Other than that, GREAT DOG TOY!
