- EDITING - Customer service reached out immediately and made this mistake correct. Shipped out new product right away and followed up to ensure I got it. Wasted 3 tumblers thinking I was going something wrong when in fact the company sold me non sublimation ink. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
