I requested a refund or replacement as one of the two bottles that arrived. Has an issue with spraying. When I put it in the unlocked position, it does not spray I requested from the seller, but the seller wants to meet to provide proof and requesting me to upload a video. When I explained the defect, they told me to move it to unlocked position.
