Weißburgunder 350 N.N. 2023 OdinstalWarum wir ihn lieben? Die Weiburgunder stehen auf gleich drei Bodenformationen auf Odinstal: Keuper, Buntsandstein und Basalt auf 350 Hhenmetern. Die Reben wurden dort im Jahr 1988 und 2004 ausgebracht. Vom 21. bis 28. September wurde hier gelesen und im Edelstahltank vergoren. 5% wurde dabei in ganzen Trauben verarbeitet.
