Glenmorangie Allta entstand mit einer ganz besonderen Hefe, die wild auf unserer eigenen Cadboll Gerste wchst. Dr. Bill Lumsden sammelte das Getreide von den Feldern nahe der Destillerie und lie einen darauf befindlichen Wildhefestamm fr diesen reichen, fruchtigen Whisky vermehren. Ein besonders cremiger, aromatischer Single Malt entstand aus dem Zusammenspiel dieser Hefe mit der Gerste.
