Had an immediate and significant positive effect on my facial rosacea. Symptoms have reduced by approximately 80% over the course of a month or so, greatly reduced the frequency of uncomfortable social situations and associated ruminations. Sulfur based products reduce my rosacea, but cause an excessive amount of exfoliation on my face several hours after washing. Azelaic acid did not seem to aggravate my skin in that way.
