Ein Drittel Weiburgunder fruchtig im Stahltank und ein Drittel Pinot Noir weigepresst im kleinen Holz gelagert. Neben dem Sortenverhltnis und dem Ausbaustil verleiht die lngere Lagerung auf der Hefe diesem Sekt die Feinheit, Cremigkeit und Noblesse. Am Gaumen schn trocken, vielschichtig und cremig. Wir wnschen viel Genuss mit unserem Sekt!
