Blanc 2024, Côtes du Vivarais AOP, Domaine RidaoEine komplexe, sehr harmonische weie Cuve, aus Clairette, Grenache Blanc und Marsanne. Angebaut auf Lehm Kalk Bden auf den Anhhen der Gorges de l'Ardche. In der Nase sehr vielschichtig, frisch, mit Anklngen von Menthol und Anis. Im Mund beginnt der Wein su und elegant, geht dann schnell in Frische ber, geprgt von Eukalyptus, Fenchel und frisch gepflckter Minze, mit feiner Sure und einem spannungsreichen Abgang. Ein sehr vielseitiger Essensbegleiter!
