Nayuta No Toki Soba ShochuThe Nayuta No Toki Shochu from Unkai Shuzo is a barrel matured soba shochu (buckwheat) with a particularly mild and gentle taste. It is aged for over three years in oak barrels in a disused Kyushu Railways tunnel in the small town of Gokase. The conditions for maturing shochu in Miyazaki Prefecture are ideal. Summers of up to 35C and winters of around 4C ensure large temperature differences all year round. In addition, the air is particularly clear

Like a new bed.

Surprising how small the box it was delivered in. As the packaging is removed, the topper grows to full size. Easy to install. Very comfortable to sleep in. Getting into and out of a bed that is four inches taller takes some getting used to.
