Da bereits seit ber 15 Jahren biologische Weine angebaut werden, besitzt das Weingut groe Erfahrung im kologischen Weinbau. AUSBAU: Sofort nach der Ernte werden die Trauben gepresst und bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 18 20C in Stahltanks vergoren. Der Weinbau in dieser Region hat eine lange Tradition, die sich noch heute in der hohen Qualitt der Weine
