Lapsang (Ungeräuchert)Einen klassischen Lapsang Souchong kennt man meist geruchert. Dieser Lapsang aus Fujian in China ist einfach nur zart gerstet und ohne ungesunden Rauch. Stattdessen hat man Ihn in groen Kupferpfannen sorgsam geschwenkt und vorsichtig gerstet. Das gibt dem Tee sein unverwechselbar ses Aroma. Die Tasse ist kupferrot und duftet nussig.
