So it sometimes stays cool but if itā€™s under a blanket and you have your body on it at all it will get warm but the spots you donā€™t use will get cool sometimes. I am very disappointed in the material though because itā€™s like my dry skin scratched the pillow case all over which makes me question it and I donā€™t think I would buy again.
