Es ist der durchlssige und steinige Boden, reich an Kalkmergel und Terra Rossa, welcher auf einem Kalksteinplateau aufbaut. Dieser Wein wurde im groen Holzfass ausgebaut nachdem er im Edelstahltank spontan vergoren wurde.
