Traditionell wird Za'atr mit Olivenl gemischt und vor dem Backen auf Fladenbrot gestrichen. Es wird aber auch fr Fleisch und Dips genutzt und auch zu Gemse ist sehr delikat. Tip: Brot zuerst in feines Olivenl tunken, dann in Za'atar und geniessen.
