Beide Trauben werden bei einem Zuckergehalt von etwa 90 Oechsle geerntet, was zu einem lebhaften, fruchtigen Wein mit einem moderaten Alkoholgehalt fhrt. Die alkoholische Grung erfolgt bei kontrollierten 15C im Stahltank, wobei bewusst auf den biologischen Sureabbau verzichtet wird,
